By registering and using Shippers Paradise, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Shippers Paradise is an online marketplace that connects shippers (customers) with transport providers across Australia. We facilitate the connection but are not a party to any transport agreement between users.
Users must provide accurate information, comply with Australian law, and hold appropriate licences and insurance for transport services. Shippers are responsible for accurate declaration of goods including dangerous goods.
Users must comply with the Australian Dangerous Goods Code. Misrepresentation of goods is the sole responsibility of the shipper.
Shippers Paradise may only be used to move lawful goods. The following must never be posted, offered or carried through the platform. This list is not exhaustive:
We may refuse, suspend or remove any user or job at our discretion. We cooperate with law enforcement, including by providing account, job and activity records.
Every job posting requires the shipper to confirm that the shipment contains no prohibited items.
Payment for a job is arranged directly between the customer and the transport provider. Shippers Paradise does not process, hold or handle payment for jobs, and is not a party to that arrangement — including any dispute about it. All amounts shown are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Shippers Paradise may charge its own fees for access to the platform. GST applies where applicable.
Shippers Paradise is not liable for loss, damage, or delay of goods. Providers are responsible for their own public liability insurance.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
